This Rye was grown by the Bretz 3rd and 4th generation Iowa family farm near Coggon, Iowa. The Bretzs have adopted regenerative agricultural farming practices to bring life back to their soil. This provides more nutrients to their crops, reduces soil erosion and water pollution, and supports carbon sequestration. A win-win for our farmers and for our communities!

Spicy? Earthy? Not this Rye! Rich in flavor like a sweet cereal has made this a popular snack in the malthouse. It has good clarity and mouthfeel with a beautiful golden hue. This malt is a great way to showcase Iowa's terroir.
